The place has a good location and could be good. Anyway, once we arrived it turned out it was in the middle of renovation and we stayed in a half-finished room. We also had an issue with payment resulting in double charge. We had paid the price directly to Ctrip (partly by C-money, partly by credit card) but the lady at the reception refused to recognise it and we had to pay in cash. She did not contact Ctrip regarding this matter, spoke absolutely no English and made no effort communicate using a translator app or so. I complained to Ctrip but after one answer they went silent too and ignored my further e-mail.
In general - I dont recommend this place and I dont recommend pre-paying to Ctrip.[2018-06-28 22:00]
